refresh pb when deleting a task from the NEXT folder
When deleting a task which is in the NEXT folder, the task
remains in it.
You have to close the Conqu application and to re launch it to see
the task moved to Trash
Problem seen with on Windows Vista, with Conqu 0.6
To reproduce the problem:
- create 2 tasks (it is placed in the Inbox) - Move them to the
"Next" action - Click on the next action - Then in the right upper
part of the window, click on the "properties" Icon next to the
"Print" icon - Click on delete, select one of the task and click on
"delete" button - Sometimes , the first time it might work (the
task is moved to the trash: so go to the trash and click on
"properties" icon, and "empty trash" button), but the times after
it does not work (go back in NEXT and try to remove the 2nd task by
performing the same user actions): the task remain visible in the
"NEXT" folder. You have to close the Conqu application and to re
launch it to have the display refresh and to see the task moved to
Trash.

I am facing the same issue on my Playbook. It is very easy to replicate. It's a very frustrating problem. Surprised the developer didn't come across such a simple thing while testing! and neither has anyone reported it as yet. Hope it gets fixed quickly as I don't wanna move to another app! :(

..and just to add: once the app is restarted, and the NEXT tasks do get moved to thrash, the PUT BACK function in the thrash folder, to put back the tasks to the NEXT folder, doesn't function either. Again the app has to be closed and restarted to see the result. I have facing this issue only on the Playbook.

Hi,
We have tested this throughly, and in fact we haven't been able to reproduce the problem.
Do you have many tasks in the NEXT folder?

Hello Laura,
Thanks very much for the reply/ follow-up.
I wish to congratulate you and your associates for creating such a fantastic application. And to offer the 'non-sync unlimited-tasks' version as absolutely free makes it all the more fabulous.
We have been using Conqu on all 5 Playbooks at work since last 3 weeks. We are currently testing it's stability after which we would want to opt for the 'Conqu Sync' paid service so that we can share and delegate tasks.
Re: The issue/ bug mentioned above - I believe that the original Original Poster has not quite explained the issue clearly. Even I am a little confused as in the title he has mentioned PB (which I am assuming means PLAYBOOK); whereas later in the actual post, he has mentioned: Windows Vista with Conqu 0.6.
I was a bit lazy to create a new thread and tried to Piggy-back this thread.
I will post a new thread clearly explaining the issue we are facing.
Thanks again for the excellent support, and that too for a version that's actually free!
