I know this may be a bit of a process question, but is there a help topic/document that explains how a task might move between various "places" (Today/Next/Future/etc.)?

I suppose something of a bubble diagram or flowchart would be most helpful. Maybe even re-use the new flowchart from GTD website as a starter? I am guessing my troubles are all terminology-based....

Thanks
Kevin

    Hi spear.kevin,

We are aware that our help is generally lacking.
We mostly follow the GTD terminology, something like this would probably be helpful for you: http://lifedev.net/2007/02/gtd-cheatsheet-the-workflow/
The main differences are Someday -> Backburner and Calendar -> Future (via setting Schedule date)
I just added a small write up we had around that we never posted: http://conqu.com/help/kb/general-processes/the-built-in-lists
