Visitors, users and subscribers
Like most website operators, AsFusion collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. AsFusion’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how AsFusion’s visitors use its website. From time to time, AsFusion may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Aggregated Statistics
AsFusion may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites or users of its applications. AsFusion may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, AsFusion does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information
AsFusion discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on AsFusion’s behalf or to provide services available at AsFusion’s websites and services, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using AsFusion’s websites and services, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. AsFusion will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, AsFusion discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when AsFusion believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of AsFusion, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an AsFusion service and have supplied your email address, AsFusion may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with AsFusion and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. AsFusion takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Collected Information
In the registration process, we collect: registration information from our users, including name, user name, and password; contact information such as email, address and telephone number; and billing information such as credit card number. Each of these different types of information is used to provide the ConquSync service. Registration information is used to authenticate users and recall their data, contact information is used to provide information on service updates, and billing information is used to charge for our services.

In the operation of the ConquSync service, we collect and store user information that is the raw data input.

All user information contained within the service you may enter will remain your property. AsFusion will continue to make that data available to you on the Conqu platform as long as you are a user, and make that data available to you upon the termination of your relationship with AsFusion according to the terms and conditions.

If at some point AsFusion sells all or a portion of its assets, or merges with another entity, user information is an asset that may be transferred or acquired by a third party. We will notify all affected users of any such transaction and, consistent with our privacy promises, users will have the opportunity to retrieve their user information and cease usage of the service. After such a transaction, the third party that becomes the custodian of the user information would have the right to continue using the user information solely as set forth in this policy.

AsFusion may also collect and analyze from visitors and users certain information regarding the use of the service or application and Conqu.com or ConquSync.com site activity. Information collected may include but is not limited to web site traffic volume, frequency of visits, type and time of transactions, type of browser and operating system, etc. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, administer the site, and improve the quality and types of service delivered. We may provide non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information derived from the actions of our visitors and customers to third parties in order to demonstrate the value we deliver to users. We must comply with laws applicable in rare circumstances requiring disclosure of data to law enforcement authorities or third parties.

Other than as disclosed in this policy, AsFusion will not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties in personally identifiable form without your express permission.

Cookies
AsFusion may use cookies to assist in delivering the service and to provide a positive and personalized user experience. Cookies are files sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Our persistent and session ID cookies are used to identify unique visitors to our sites and to provide you with easy access to your information.

Security
AsFusion has implemented processes designed to protect user information and maintain security. Each registered user is assigned a unique password which is required, along with their email address, to access their user information. It is the user’s responsibility to protect the security of their login information.

Canceling your account
If you choose to cancel your account and leave the ConquSync service, your data will be deleted after a period of 3 months or less, but you can choose to delete it as soon as you cancel. Please be aware that AsFusion may for a time retain residual information in our backup and/or archival copies of our database. We will make reasonable commercial efforts to delete your information as soon as possible after you communicate that intention to us. We might retain your contact information (name and email) to prevent multiple trial uses and payment receipts for tax purposes.

Compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protect Act AsFusion does not target its offerings toward, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13 years of age.
