I am working through a series of tasks I e-mailed to my Inbox. After scheduling each task and clicking Back I get a blank task with "add task" at the top of the screen (see attached). To get back to the Inbox I have to click back again. How can I avoid this extra step.

Thanks and best regards,
Russell

That appears to be a bug but I haven't been able to reproduce. Can you describe the steps?
    1. Say you have 2 tasks in the Inbox
    2. Click on one of them, set the schedule date.
    3. Click Back to get to the second task
    4. Select the only task left, set the schedule date.
    5. Click Back
At the last step, I don't get a blank task, so maybe I'm missing something.

    Hi Laura,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

The issue occurs at step 3. After scheduling the first task and clicking Back, I get the blank task screen. I have to click back on this screen to get back to the Inbox. This happens after scheduling each task in the Inbox.

I am using Conqu on a PC (Windows 64 bit) and on a Blackberry Playbook. Have just noticed that the problem occurs only on the PC. When I schedule a task on the Playbook and click back I go back to the Inbox.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards,
    Russell

    Hi Laura,

I just got another version of the 'blank task' error (see attached). This time the blank task appeared after creating a task in 'Today'. I did the following:

    1. Created a new task from the 'Today' screen
    2. Put July 11 as due date, added tags etc, changed scheduled date to "No scheduled date''
    3. Clicked the "Back" button - blank task appeared
    4. I checked the blank task as completed - got the database error shown in the attached
    5. On clearing the error went back to the Today screen - the blank task shows up as completed
    6. On deleting the blank task the error shows up again

Hope you can solve this one for me.

    Best regards,
    Russell

    Hi Russell,

The error you see is due to trying to edit/check/delete that blank task (which shouldn't have appeared in the first place), so it is a consequence of the other issue.

One quick question, when you say "Created a new task from the 'Today' screen", did you add it from the screen where you see all the Today tasks or inside the "card" view by clicking on the + button at the top of the screen?

    Hi Laura,

I added the new task from the screen where I see the list of Today tasks. I typed the title into the 'Create a task for Today' box, clicked the 'Add Task' button. I clicked on the task to add tags, due date, etc. and finally clicked the 'Back' button to return to the task list.

    Best regards,
    Russell

    Hi Jai,

I've never seen that behavior. We'll take a look.
